The breakthrough technology and science of TPI includes many proprietary and patented systems never applied before
to manufacturing of biological drugs making TPI the most innovative manufacturer of biological drugs in the world.

1. 100% single-use upstream systems: all processes from media and buffer
   preparation to bioreaction, refolding, mixing and storage of in process materials.
2. Single-use flexible 2D bioreactor for bacteria and other cells; no other true flex-bag
   container system is capable of growing every type of organism as does the TPI innovation.
3. 2D stationary single-use flexible bioreactor; this allow creation of horizontal bioreactors
   to manufacture large quantities of proteins and antibodies at the lowest possible cost.
4. Infinitely scalable production system: daisy-chaining bioreactors to achieve any size production
   without the need to qualfy different batch sizes.
5. Virus-clearing system for highest level of screening of final products; this system
   provides a chemical removal of virus from the air exposed to the product.
6. Active pegylation of proteins using an in-situ reaction system obviates any infringement
   issues while significantly improving upon the final yield of the product.
7. Stabilized Monoclonal Antibodies. Back-bone strengthening of monoclonal antibodies makes
   them more stable at room temperature and enhance their disposition half-life. This innovation
   of TPI is jointly developed with the US Government.
